Mostovskoy district presents a mega-project in the social sphere
The municipality encourages the investors to implement a project on the construction of a sports & recreation center.
The purpose of the presented project is to construct a complex incorporating fitness facilities, sports facilities for aerobics, ping-pong, boxing, gymnastics and other kinds of sports. The sports & recreation center will be able to service approximately 44000 visitors – residents of Moscow region – yearly.
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 193.62 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 3 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.
A land plot of 5,840 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Veseliy village. The distance to the federal highway "Mostovskoy small town – Hamketinskaya Cossack village" is 0.5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Mostovskoy small town is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 223 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station "Mostovskoy small town" is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 223 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 238 km.
