Mostovskoy district presents an investment project in the consumer sector

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to channel funds to the construction of a consumer service establishment.

Within the framework of the project it is expected to construct a consumer service establishment. A two-storey building will be built. It will accommodate: laundry, dry-cleaning, shoe repair shop, clothes tailoring & mending salon and photographer’s parlor. The services provided by the establishment will be of demand among local residents.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 25.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 6 new jobs.

A land plot of 2,500 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Psebay township. There is a local road (100m) there. The distance to the federal highway "Labinsk city – Mostovskoy small town - border of Karachay-Cherkess Republic" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Mostovskoy small town is 34 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 258 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Shedok village is 7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 258 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 280 km.
