Mostovskoy district presents an investment project in the consumer’s market sphere

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to participate in the project for construction of a service center.

The company is planned to be built in Mostovskoy small town of the Krasnodar region. The purpose of the project is providing local residents with quality services that the plant will provide. A 2 floors building of the service center will be built on the already formed construction site of 3,000 sq. m. during 1 year. The services of a laundry, dry cleaning, a shoe repair shop, a shop for making and repairing clothes, a photo studio and a beauty studio will be available to consumers.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 25.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 6 new jobs.

A land plot of 3,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Mostovskoy small town. There is a local road (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Mostovskoy small town – Bagovskaya Cossack village – Uzlovoy village" is 0.1 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 220 km.

The distance to the nearest train station "Mostovskoy small town" is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 220 km.
