The Mostovskoy district of Krasnodar region to present a large-scale project in the area of mining industry and natural resources
The municipality offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a plant for bottling drinking water.
The municipality plans to implement the investment project on the construction of a plant for bottling drinking water. A processing enterprise will be built on the southeastern edge of the village Psebay. Drinking water will be bottled into PET-containers of 0.33, 1 and 5 liters. The estimated capacity of the plant equals 14,678 cubic meters per year for the total amount (gross revenue level) of 562 million rubles.
The produce of the plant will be of demand among the community and enterprises of Krasnodar region, establishments of HoReCa segment. Among the competitive advantages of the enterprise – the availability of a mineral raw material base.
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 70.8 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 23 new jobs.
A land plot of 37,046 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Psebay village. There is a local road (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Labinsk – Mostovskoy small town – a border with Karachay-Cherkessia" is 0.5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Mostovskoy small town is 38 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 258 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Shedok village is 11 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 258 km.
