The Mostovskoy district to present an investment project in the hotel sphere

The municipal formation Mostovskoy district offers to implement a project on the construction of a hotel complex.

It is planned to erect a new three-storey hotel building on the farmstead Veselyi of the Mostovskoy district. Within the framework of implementation of the investment project, it is expected to construct a hotel for 35 rooms (total bedspace will make 70 beds), café and conference-hall. It is also planned to equip the territory adjacent to the hotel: guest parking (free) will appear, recreational areas will be organized, a garden house will be built and landscape gardening will be carried out here. The project is meant for the following category of visitors: tourists and guests of Krasnodar region, Stavropol, Rostov region and other regions (North-Caucasian and South Federal Districts).  

A feasibility study is developed was developed for the investment project. The project needs 21.4 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years and 3 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 10 new jobs.

A land plot of 4,660 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Veseliy village. There is a local road (10m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Mostovskoy small town- Hamketinsky village" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Mostovskoy small town is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 223 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Mostovskoy small town is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 223km.
